SS-1000 CIRCUIT TRAINING
SS-1000 is circuit training designed for any and everyone, friendly supportive beginners training sessions that develop into outcome-driven programs. Everyone has to start somewhere and we know all too well how daunting a process that can be. With plenty of encouragement and guidance, SS-1000 circuits can help you on your fitness journey. Our unique training program also provides tips, advice, nutritional plans and goal setting in an easy to use training journal supported by our professional partners. Sessions are a close-knit progression as a family unit through each individuals journey, achievements and development. Sessions are encouraged to end with a group challenge and social event to reward and inspire participants. With 1-2-1 sessions available to work towards your specific goals.

THE SS1000 CHALLENGE
The SS1000 challenge pushes 10 participants to complete 10 gruelling exercises on a circuit. Participants must average 10 reps per station, 100 reps per cycle, 1000 reps per challenge to be victorious. Participants must complete each *requested 10 reps within a minute period, there is a notification on 45 seconds allowing everyone time to compose and swap stations. Test your fitness against other sporting disciplines and help us raise awareness about prostate cancer.
Through our training journal, we'll create a guaranteed targeted outcome, that's not only manageable and transparent but realistic for you to achieve.

We'll share the successful practices of participant's and introduce you to professionals in the field who'll guide you through healthy diets that maintain a lasting change.
