SS1000 can be one of the most challenging full-body fitness programs around or a simple introduction to gym and circuit training for all abilities and ages.
SS100 is a total body workout that, at entry-level and based on your goals, requires no gym or equipment unless requested or you're ready for progress. SS1000 can be performed in a class with up to ten participants or one-to-one, making it ideal for kids-classes groups of friends, corporate companies, sports teams, wedding parties wanting to get into shape for the big occasion or competitive athletes looking to up their game.
SS1000 Circuit Layout - 1 0f Over 250 Variations
The program is High-Intensity Maximum Interval Training. On SS1000 programs you'll be encouraged to work as hard as you can for 10 x 30-60 second rounds, with 60-second periods of rest in between each cycle. The idea is to increase your aerobic fitness level and build strength while you burn fat, don't worry it's not as daunting as it sounds and there are rest and recovery techniques taught to you, so you are always working to your optimum outcome but never overexert yourself. Training this way took me from a near 17st strong but lethargic person to a 12.5st package of explosive, energy.
Training the SS1000 way can help you burn up to 1,000 calories in an hours active workout. There are over 250 variations of workouts in the SS1000 program so you'll never get bored of doing the same thing. The SS1000 Training Program conditions your body, builds strength and explosive power using researched techniques, implementing specially adapted physiotherapy, injury recovery and pilates practices to strengthen vulnerable areas of your body accustomed to injuries, after all, prevention is better than a cure.
Programs can start from 30 minutes progressing to 60 minutes and include warm-up sessions, cool downs and stretches. After every 12 Weeks, cycle participants can take the SS1000 Rep Challenge to test their progress. The ideal commitment to SS1000 circuits is one full year, where we guarantee your results.
