SS1000 & Training Methodology

SS1000 was created to make fitness accessible, empowering and achievable for all levels. It began with friendly, supportive circuit-based sessions designed for beginners, and quickly evolved into outcome-driven programs rooted in consistency, community and progression. Every journey starts somewhere — and with encouragement, structured coaching, and the right mindset, every journey transforms.

Now, under the new format, SS1000 incorporates Stikmata, Bodyweight & Core Training, Boxing for Fitness, and 1-2-1 or group Personal Training progression paths - combining movement, mobility and mindset into a complete system. Whether you're recovering from injury, realigning your body through functional bodyweight training, or chasing the adrenaline of a boxing session, you’ll find a way to move that excites you.

THE SS1000 CHALLENGE

Every 6 weeks, we host a community challenge like no other.
Up to 20 participants go head-to-head across a series of stations and disciplines in a true test of physical and mental grit. Whether you're into boxing, bodyweight, or traditional strength training, this is your chance to represent your style and rise to the occasion. Pit yourself against others in a high-energy, well-loved event that brings out the best in everyone. Stay connected, stay prepared — exclusive details go out to members only. Many people are still learning how their bodies work in the complex world of training and nutrition. I'll help you get the best out of your food, your environment, exercise, and lifestyle. Download my complimentary weekly meal diary log. We'll see which may work best for you, re-assess your nutritional needs and then create a timeline to replace certain foods with healthier and exciting choices.
